About the Framework

At CalorieToken, we recognize that every individual participant plays a vital role in our development.

To encourage collaboration and growth, we've created a Community Reward Framework that allows members to contribute in various ways, from software development to creative engagement.

Total Reward Pool

As part of this initiative, we invite you to help decide the total reward pool that will support these contributions.

You will have the opportunity to vote on the total amount of CAL tokens available for distribution within our framework.

Available Voting Options

Please review the following options for the total reward pool:

• 5.5 billion CAL tokens
• 4.4 billion CAL tokens
• 3.3 billion CAL tokens
• 2.2 billion CAL tokens
• 1.1 billion CAL tokens

Important Note: The reward framework detailed below will be applicable if 5.5 billion CAL tokens is chosen. Regardless of the total pool size selected, the rewards in each category will maintain the same proportions as indicated in the framework.

Framework Categories and Rewards

Here’s a brief overview of the reward structure applicable for 5.5 billion CAL tokens:

Software Development:

3 billion CAL tokens available, divided into 36 tasks.

High rewards: 6 x 300 million CAL

Medium rewards: 10 x 80 million CAL

Low rewards: 20 x 20 million CAL

Total : 3 billion CAL

Community Arts and NFTs:

1 billion CAL tokens available, divided into 285 tasks.

High rewards: 60 x 10 million CAL

Medium rewards: 100 x 3 million CAL

Low rewards: 125 x 800,000 CAL

Total : 1 billion CAL

Social Media Engagement:

1 billion CAL tokens available, divided into 285 tasks.

High rewards: 60 x 10 million CAL

Medium rewards: 100 x 3 million CAL

Low rewards: 125 x 800,000 CAL

Total : 1 billion CAL

Buffer for Flexibility

Additionally, 500 million CAL tokens will be set aside as a buffer to create some flexibility for additional rewards where needed.

Community Voting on Rewards

The community will also have the opportunity to vote on the rewards for contributors.

Once contributors submit their work to the team, it will be published on the Community Voting Hub page,

allowing the community to vote on the reward level: high, medium, low, or none.

How to Vote

Each holder’s vote weight is based on their CAL token holdings on the XRPL blockchain, ensuring fair representation.

For instance, if one participant holds 9 tokens and another holds 1, the vote outcome will reflect these weights (90% vs. 10%).

2. Select your choice from the options above.
3. Submit your vote to help shape our reward framework!

Timeline

Voting is open from 1-11-2024 to 8-11-2024.

Once the voting period ends, the winning option will set the total reward pool size for our framework.
